MEET OUR TEAM

FIRST, WE WANT TO SAY THANKS FOR CHECKING US OUT. WE'RE PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT WHAT GOD IS DOING AT OUR CHURCH AND WE'RE GLAD TO HAVE THE CHANCE TO SHARE THAT WITH YOU.

I was raised in Arizona, went to school in California, and then served my internship right here at Concordia Lutheran Church, Lakewood, CO, back in 1990. That same year, in a whirlwind of a courtship, I met and married the love of my life, Angie, and like the Clampetts we “loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly” (actually it was Fallbrook, CA). From there we moved to Texas, and then in ‘98 God moved us right back here! Along the way we’ve been blessed with two awesome kids (our daughter, Emily, and son, Cai) a wonderful son-in-law (Dillon), and a beautiful granddaughter (Olivia). We are truly blessed and humbled to serve God with the people here at Concordia and we are excited about the Kingdom work he has set before us!

Pastor Gregg McCaslin

I love working with youth!!! My background has a long history of coaching high school football and baseball along with being a camp director for both the YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club.

My degree in “Hard Knocks” is from the United States Marine Corps where I served as an enlisted Infantry Marine.  I then got my Masters in the same degree while working at a state penitentiary as a Corrections Officer.  God then changed my plans by sending me to Concordia Texas in Austin to pursue my actual Bachelor's degree in Religious Education and Theology.  I have served in churches in Texas and now Concordia, all working with youth and missions.

I am married to a very athletic and energetic woman.  Jinnipher and I have 4 amazing children, Hope, Bailey, Declan and Raegan.  In our free time, which is rare, we like to find adventures in the mountains or near an ocean.

Minister of Youth and Discipleship, Patrick Moore

I have been working with children for 13 years now! I am so excited to be part of the Concordia team.  I am a Colorado native and was born and raised in the Lutheran faith.

My Bachelor's degree is in Nursing, and I have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Educaton.  Seeing children learn something for the first time is one of my greatest joys.

My husband's name is John and we have been married for 6 years. We have a one year old son, Edison, and a three year old fur baby, Sampson.  In my free time, I love to make things, cook, hike, sing & perhaps binge watch some movies & TV, oh and of course, build anything Lego.

Preschool Director, Tori Langewisch

After moving to Colorado from Idaho in 2010, I have been truly blessed by what God has provided. With God’s breathtaking views all around us, I cannot get enough of the beautiful outdoors that Colorado has to offer.

My husband, Brent, a Colorado native is an owner and head coach of a local USA Swim team. He has a true servant’s heart and is a wonderful leader. We live in Northglenn with our son Clayton and two dogs Lucy and Fin.

Communications Director, Rebekha Bergstedt

After serving eleven wonderful years as pastor at Concordia (and a total of 47 in ministry), I retired in September of 2017.  Since then I was promoted to the Audio Visual team, and Jeanette and I enjoy worship and singing in the choir at Concordia.  I also lead a weekly Bible class and help out whenever I can, and I volunteer a couple days at The Action Center in Lakewood.  Jeanette loves to care for (and bake for) some of our older friends in the neighborhood and at church.  We truly love our Concordia family.  God is good – all the time!

Emeritus Pastor, Tom Teske

Rev. Dr. Michael Paulison, Ministry Director, has been in ministry for over 25 years. He began his ministry at Trinity Lutheran church in Sterling, CO where he served as lead pastor for 11 years.

Then he was blessed to be a part of starting The Experience church in Aurora, CO where he continues to be on staff ¼ time. He has been doing mission trips for over 20 years. He began when he was 18 after he recommitted his life to Christ by going from his home in New Jersey and participating in street ministry in New York City. His first overseas mission trip was 18 years ago to Haiti. His heart is to develop a short term missions training school to more effectively use the tool of short term mission trips to impact the world and to train people to live as missionaries at home.
